Background Info: What started as an idea for some fun Halloween
night, 2003, featuring directors Tim Schiefer and Greg Graves dressing
as Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger, it quickly turned into an idea for
a short film featuring a small choreographed fight on camera. However,
after much discussion, the idea soon blossomed into a full blown feature
length screenplay done by Tim Schiefer...
After deciding to wait until summer of '05 to film it, they quickly
scrambled to find costumes to fit the look of their film. After that, it was
on to finding a cast and crew. Fast forward to 2005: After a long wait,
and many hurdles to overcome, filming time came. Greg Graves stayed
at Tim Schiefer's house for the first part of July... however... despite
being at his house for over 15 days...
they only managed to get one day of filming done, because of the cast
and crew never showing up for filming. They tried once again in August,
and failed again because of the same reasons. After what seemed like a
lost cause, they cut their losses, re-cast and re-staffed, including veteran
fan film maker Chris R. Notarile, and are ready for another summer of
pure hell and film making. Wish them luck."
